Sink Replacement, Remounting and Minor Repairs in Granite

An undermount sink that has pulled away from the stone, or a basin you have simply outgrown, does not mean starting over with a new countertop. We work with the granite already in your kitchen: the old sink comes out, the cutout is adjusted to the new basin, and the sink is mounted back to the underside of the slab. We also take on minor repairs to installed granite, such as chips and seam separation.

Sink and Repair Work We Take On

• Sink Replacement: A new undermount, drop-in or apron-front basin fitted into your existing granite, with the cutout adjusted and the exposed edge polished to match the rest of the stone.
• Sink Remounting: An undermount sink that has dropped is re-anchored to the slab with new clips and support, then re-sealed along the joint.
• Minor Repairs: Chips and seams that have separated are repaired on the granite already in place. We do not resurface countertops or rebuild ones that are badly broken.
• Faucet and Fixture Holes: Clean openings drilled for a new faucet, soap dispenser, air switch or filtered-water tap when the fixtures change along with the sink.
• Templated Before Anything Comes Out: We measure the new sink against the opening you already have while the old basin is still in place, so you know what will fit before we start.
